… Back to my good ol “Fjord” tapes again, sweet … First up is the beautiful “Nordsø” track, lush, moody & all that … “Max Essa” does the same sultry style, a vinyl that one … “Cantoma” is just top banana, ehh … Dr Stevie get´s the good ol “Reggaesta” remake, strange, but soo cool … The B-side of that “UB40” vinyl was always a slo-mo fave, i think we can call it “Poppydub”, hey, i just invented a new genre (!) … “Sahara Sand” is the lush 80´s balearic vibe defined … “Begin” is the perfect beachy, sleazy track, almost produced for my “Fjord” tapes, assum … Good ol Sir David get´s his “Space Oddity” pop song turned into a jamaican swing fest, dope … Now my own little Re-Edit factory crams the juicy bits of that ol “Enigma” 12″, parts are sweet & mellow, and there´s a flute in there, shocker !! … “Blondie” does the best cover version of “The Tide Is High” … “Gozame Ya” is juss a perfctomunde pop track … My fave “Beloved” sluu-moo song is the dogs, (good, that is) … “Vincenzo De Bull” works a little edit of our fjord Queen “Sade”, lush that one … “The Beat Broker” goes a bit uptempo on us but still with the smoothiness & Pink Floydish guitars … “Venice By Night” is an instant italo monster, but suits these tapes cause it´s juss so damn good … “Moon Dream” is juss a weird spaced out disco instrumental from the late 70´s, sort of ubercool & shit … “Dalholt & Langkilde” closes the tape with an instant dream … :)

… The Big number 20 !!! … Like the last 19 sessions of Balearic funk, this is as good as it gets !!! … That “Falcons” Intro was my opener for years back in the days … Don Henley had this slo-moo groove in the original 12″, but now i made the Edit i always wanted … “The Aloof” was a huge beach / bar opener tune, “Pieces Of A Dream” is just the lush beachy dream … That “Bob Chance” re-edit is like Ian Dury on crack, wonderful … he he … Now my eastern hero “Demis Roussos” steps up to do his disco tune “Midnight”, just right for the bouncy bouncy cool bar … (Jamie 3:26 Edit) is the ol italo edit we always wanted on that track .. Bobby O gets the instrumental re-edit by myself, just because i dont like the vocals, do you hear “Da Hype” in there ? … Pluton´s “World Invaders” is as spacey as u like … That “Bayara Citizens” is one of my fave instumental percussion traxx, works jus aswell in a house set, check that 7″ sucker on “Discogs” … Depeche by Tenaglia, too kool, “Silver Bullet” raves on like it´s 1999 … DAF are like all Germans, too kool, all mixes work on that one !!! Funny new one by “Moroder & Denis” & My ol “Denniz Pop” Remix !!! … T * to my muther fuxxer Rex ends this one with the slowest and probably best “Children Of The Revolution” (Private “Phaze” Edit) … Duuurn !!!

… The early 4×4 beats in a groovy little session … That opening “Source” track was huge on bootleg vinyl back in 1991 … African Dream had this little gem on “The African Dream” album back in 1994, also featured that bouncy anthem “All The Same Family” … Movin on to sum very early edited shit by myself with the likes of “J-A Groove” & “Liz Torres” … Just to get to that awesome “Backroom Congregation” track, all mixes was played on this 12″ back in the day … Murk killin it with lead singer from “Blondie” on that “Clearly” track … Royal House party anthem screamin “Can U Feel It” … That Assum “Black Traxx” vinyl series … Ending things with “MAW” in that Kunlou track and the filterd bass in”Motocross Madness” by Paul … It´s a little insight to the vinyl world of the 90´s … Dope afternoon in the studio !!
