… Back to my good ol “Fjord” tapes again, sweet … First up is the beautiful “Nordsø” track, lush, moody & all that … “Max Essa” does the same sultry style, a vinyl that one … “Cantoma” is just top banana, ehh … Dr Stevie get´s the good ol “Reggaesta” remake, strange, but soo cool … The B-side of that “UB40” vinyl was always a slo-mo fave, i think we can call it “Poppydub”, hey, i just invented a new genre (!) … “Sahara Sand” is the lush 80´s balearic vibe defined … “Begin” is the perfect beachy, sleazy track, almost produced for my “Fjord” tapes, assum … Good ol Sir David get´s his “Space Oddity” pop song turned into a jamaican swing fest, dope … Now my own little Re-Edit factory crams the juicy bits of that ol “Enigma” 12″, parts are sweet & mellow, and there´s a flute in there, shocker !! … “Blondie” does the best cover version of “The Tide Is High” … “Gozame Ya” is juss a perfctomunde pop track … My fave “Beloved” sluu-moo song is the dogs, (good, that is) … “Vincenzo De Bull” works a little edit of our fjord Queen “Sade”, lush that one … “The Beat Broker” goes a bit uptempo on us but still with the smoothiness & Pink Floydish guitars … “Venice By Night” is an instant italo monster, but suits these tapes cause it´s juss so damn good … “Moon Dream” is juss a weird spaced out disco instrumental from the late 70´s, sort of ubercool & shit … “Dalholt & Langkilde” closes the tape with an instant dream … :)
